Terms of Use

Doctus Themes is operated by EI Yohann Varillon in France. By purchasing, downloading, remixing, or using a Doctus Themes template, you agree to these usage rights and legal terms. The goal is simple: you can use the templates to build real websites, while the templates themselves remain protected as digital products.

License Scope

Each template license is granted per project. A project means one final website, whether it is built for yourself, your business, or a client. You may fully customize the template, edit the copy, change the design, add integrations, and adapt it to the needs of that project. If you want to use the same paid template for another separate project, a new license is required.

Client Work & Free Templates

You may use Doctus Themes templates for client work, as long as each client project has its own valid license when the template is paid. Free templates include the same usage rights as paid templates: they can be used for personal, commercial, and client projects, but they cannot be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as standalone products.

Reselling, Redistribution & Ownership

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, or offer any Doctus Themes template as a competing template, template pack, design resource, or downloadable product. You may not claim ownership or copyright over the original template files, structure, components, or design system. The final website you create belongs to you or your client, but the original template remains a Doctus Themes product.

Payments & Refunds

Payments for paid templates are processed through Lemon Squeezy or another checkout provider listed at purchase. Because templates are digital products delivered immediately, refund requests may be limited once access, download, or remix links have been provided, except where required by applicable law. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact support@doctusthemes.com and we will review the request fairly.

Privacy & Data

Doctus Themes only collects personal information when it is necessary to provide the website, process purchases, reply to support requests, or improve the service. This may include your email address, order information, messages you send, and basic analytics data. Payment information is handled by Lemon Squeezy and is not stored directly by Doctus Themes. Your information is not sold.
